  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Requirements:

1. Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.

2. Report, investigation & take action on any abnormalities, contamination, missing components and any non-compliance promptly.

3. Provide daily activity report to superior for review.

4. General understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice.

5. Practice and adhere to cGMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, SOPs, company policies and quality requirements and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Verify the use of ingredients as per approved formulation and within shelf life for each individual product before mixing.

2. Conduct physical inspection of ingredients labels and verify quality to ensure accuracy.

3. Ensure all production lot/ blend information aligns with the production plan.

4. To assist superior in daily In Process Inspection Activities to ensure compliance to the requirements.

5. To monitor and control the manufacturing environment, sanitation and hygiene.

6. To ensure all daily finished products comply with the requirements.

7. To ensure finished products are correctly processed and checked according to the defined procedures.

8. Perform required testing (IPQC) to ensure product conforms to quality and safety standards.

9. Perform recording, documentation and maintenance of necessary operational record (e.g. BMR documents).

10. Perform daily weight check for weighing scale to ensure accuracy.

11. Perform coding verification to ensure compliance.

12. Assist in production data collection, compile production data into Manufacturing Report & generate reports when required.

13. Any other duties as assigned by superior/management as and when required.

Qualification:

Minimum with Diploma Certification in Science or equivalent qualification

Working Experience:

Min 1 year of working experience in manufacturing related to Quality Control field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP system.

Understanding of food handling practices and familiarity with Food Safety regulations.

Proficient in reading and writing English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
