Position : Customer Service Executive
Salary Range : RM 2,500 – RM 5,000

Job Scope
· Support the customer service team in providing exceptional service across various channels such as chat and email.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively resolving customer issues to achieve positive outcomes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns, share insights, and contribute to product and service improvements.
· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services, offering helpful information and guidance to customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions and enhancing their overall experience
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service specifically within the e-commerce industry
· Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and trends.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
