Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-set accounts for Malaysia and Singapore entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia and Singapore financial regulations and tax requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other financial institutions as required.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
  • Attend meetings in Singapore 2-3 times a month as part of the role.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in handling full-set accounts for both Malaysia and Singapore businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of local tax laws, GST/VAT regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders across different locations.
  • Ability to travel to Singapore 2-3 times per month for meetings.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
