1. Insurance and Medical Benefits Management

Administer group health insurance policies, including enrollment, renewals, and claims processing.

Act as the primary liaison with insurance providers, handling negotiations and resolving employee queries or claims.

Maintain and update employee insurance details for new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.

Monitor insurance plans' costs and coverage, recommending adjustments based on market trends and organizational requirements.

Analyze medical claims trends and costs, preparing detailed reports for management.

2. Payroll Management

Assist in managing and overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Verify payroll data, including working hours, overtime, deductions, and allowances by assigned region.

Ensure compliance with statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and local tax regulations.

Prepare and provide payroll reports for internal reviews and external audits.

3. Human Resource Management System (HRMS)

Assist in managing and maintaining the HRMS for efficient HR operations, ensuring system data accuracy.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions or upgrades with vendors.

Generate and analyze HR analytics, including headcount, benefits utilization, and attendance trends, to support decision-making.

Conduct regular HRMS data audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and data protection regulations.

Provide employees with training and guidance on HRMS features like Time Management, Leave Applications, and Performance Appraisals.

4. Performance Management

Assist in the performance appraisal process (MBO) and ensuring timely submission.

Ensure the rating is in correct manner by verifying the e-performance appraisal system.

Coordinate the MBO related process, ie, appraisal interview session and interview schedule.

Assist in rewards management system, ie. Increment and Bonuses process.

Maintain and keeping all documentation related to the MBO process whether soft copy or hardopy.

5. HR Policy Implementation and Compliance

Assist in drafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.

Ensure HR processes align with local labor laws and company policies.

Monitor and enforce adherence to established policies, including job descriptions and documentation guidelines, to maintain consistency and compliance.

6. Personnel Records Management

Assist in managing employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and organizational privacy standards.

Assist in regular audit personnel records to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data.

Ensure efficient record-keeping to support HR decision-making and reporting requirements.

7. Employee Support and Engagement

Conduct briefings or training sessions on new or existing HR policies and regulations to enhance employee understanding.

Effectively communicate updates to HR policies and regulations across the organization.

Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize new employees with employment terms and conditions, benefits programs and HRMS usage.

8. Reporting and Analytics

Generate regular HR metrics reports, including headcount, turnover, and benefits utilization.

Identify trends from data analysis and recommend process improvements.

Support management with data-driven insights for workforce planning and organizational strategies.

Prepare routine reports, such as monthly organizational chart updates and ad-hoc requests.

9. Events and Others Duties

Plan and organize company event such as annual policy meetings and dinners, in alignment with management's vision.

Manage event budgets effectively while maintaining quality standards.

Oversee logistics, including venue selection, setup, catering, and vendor coordination.

Act as the point of contact during events to ensure seamless execution and address any issues.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,700.00 per month
