What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding
  • Oversee all HR-related processes and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Manage the company's administrative functions, such as office management, procurement, and facilities
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives
  • Maintain and continuously improve office emails, Wix.com, HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR and office administrative management role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and best HR practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and HR management software (Kakitangan, EPF, Sosco and LHDN)
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
