What you'll be doing
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding
- Oversee all HR-related processes and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Manage the company's administrative functions, such as office management, procurement, and facilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives
- Maintain and continuously improve office emails, Wix.com, HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR and office administrative management role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and best HR practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Proficient in MS Office suite and HR management software (Kakitangan, EPF, Sosco and LHDN)
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
