Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee to join our team and gain valuable experience across our Human Resources (HR) and Purchasing departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop a well-rounded skill set and grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews
- Provide administrative support for HR activities, including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Purchasing Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing supplier relationships and negotiating prices.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Help improve procurement processes and strategies for better efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and purchasing processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
