  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Guest Service:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and beverages.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.\
  • Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and ensure that their needs are met during the dining experience.
  • Address guest queries, requests, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Food & Beverage Preparation:

  • Assist in the preparation of food and drinks as directed by the Chef, including setting up food stations, beverage stations, and ensuring everything is properly stocked.
  • Ensure that food and beverage items are correctly presented and adhere to resort standards.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables, setting tables for new guests, and ensuring the environment is always inviting.
  • Clean and sanitize service areas, tables, chairs, and utensils according to health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure the dining area is properly stocked with napkins, condiments, and other necessary items.

Team Support:

  • Work closely with waitstaff, chefs, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist with setting up for special events, banquets, or large group dining.
  • Support other members of the F&B team by performing tasks as needed, such as running food, refilling drinks, or assisting with service during busy periods.

Inventory Management:

  • Help monitor and maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Report low stock or inventory needs to the supervisor or manager.

Health & Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
  • Follow all safety guidelines for handling food and beverages.
