Job Planner Assistant
Job Description
A Job Planner Assistant shall perform all job functions and resume all responsibilities outline in the Job Scope when given by Operation Manager or Managing Director and approved by Top Management. The Job Planner Assistant has specific responsibilities towards Job Planning (JP) Department and Company, and shall:
1. Ensure compliance with ISO9001, AS9100 & ISO14001.
2. Responsible for the planning and performance of the production line.
3. To ensure production line meet the customer requirement especially all the activities is efficient for on time delivery.
4. Assigning of Internal Job No. in relation to Purchase Order for product identification and traceability.
5. Preparation of Job Traveler.
6. Maintain on-time delivery (OTD) in production line and customer orders.
7. Recording, checking, identification and answering of inquiries and orders as well as fulfilling the order required
8. Timely customer information about possible deviation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
