Responsibilities:

Commercial Production Stage & Plant Maintenance :-

· Executor for overall Maintenance & coordination work related to Mechanical Static, Rotating equipment and Piping.

· Executor for commissioning & start-up of equipment related to Mechanical static

· Main focal person Maintenance – Mechanical Static on site work coordination and arrangement with Daily Maintenance Contractor (DMC) such as Mechanical Run Test (MRT), punch killing and rectification work.

· Main focal person of Maintenance to support for Mechanical Static equipment and Piping during pre-communication and commissioning stage.

· Develop & cultivate positive & safe work culture.

· Any task to be assigned HOD/Management from time to time

Executor for Maintenance activities under Breakdown Maintenance (BM), Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Shutdown Maintenance (SDM) covering Static Equipment and Piping.

· Executor for all maintenance work (work planning & arrangement, execution, quality evaluation, cost control, etc).

· Prepare maintenance procedure & specification and generate Maintenance report (Static) in weekly and monthly basis.

· Assist on spare part management – Mechanical Static including planning, ordering and receiving activity

· Executor to liaise with DMC / other contractor on work arrangement, manpower planning, cost, schedule, and other related arrangement such as related overtime hours.

· Assist and support Assistant Manager, Maintenance team to execute and communicates regularly with all Maintenance team, to ensure good two-way communication concerning Maintenance issue inclusive of training and development matters.

· Oversee and manage Request for Maintenance (RFM) through CMMS & manual form.

· Execute and arrange resources (material, manpower, etc.) for maintenance work

· Manage & oversee tasks of direct maintenance technician.

· Manage Daily Maintenance Contractor (DMC) for Mechanical team – Static such as conduct daily, weekly and monthly meeting and report generated.

· Manage warehouse on spare parts & inventories work arrangement and execution

· Make sure all maintenance work conducted in compliance with SHE and authority requirement and regulation.

· Assist on work arrangement with related to all Static equipment under JKKP/ DOSH to ensure all relevant laws, statutes and regulations related to static equipment and installation are compiled within CF renewal application.

· Ensure successful start-up of Plant Commissioning and operation from maintenance perspective.

· Identify risks and hazards during operation and responsible to all safety procedure and good housekeeping standards.

Requirement:

1) Graduated from Diploma/ Degree of Mechanical

2) Preferably 3-5 years and above maintenance experience experience in chemical plant

3) Knowledges and experiences in engineering and maintenance of rotating equipment (Centrifugal/Diaphragm Pump, Compressor, Blower, Rotary Valve, Agitator)

4) Knowledges and experience in Extruder

5) Certified or possess experience in equipment vibration and lube oil analysis

6) Fit to work

7) Rotating Maintenance Program - Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance (BDM), Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), Piping Design etc.

8) Project & engineering management.

9) Computer (Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS)

10) Contractor Management
