Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in HACCP, GMP, HALAL CERTIFICATION
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of production and support forces to plan and execute the production requirement with the expected cost,quality and time.
- Improve production processes and workflow. Establish and implement best manufacturing practices,standard operating procedure and training materials.
- Review production scheduling to optimize productivity.
- Maximize production resources such as production space, storage and manpower to deliver and exceed requirement with cost control.
- Responsible for overseeing work safety, security in the production facilities to meet all the statutory requirements.
Key Skills :
- Good knowledge in HACCP /GMP / HALAL Certification.
- Communication and facilitation skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to analyze and implement necessary action to rectify issues affecting the operations of the factory.Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and can work well in a team and be able to communicate effectively with collegues ,direct reports,partners and their staff.
- Possess strong analytical,problem-solving,communication and leadership skills.
- Willing relocate to Kuala Ketil.
