As an Admin Executive within the Student Management Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation and management of student activities and services. Skills and Qualifications:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage daily administrative operations of the Student Management Department.
- Assist in the planning and organization of departmental activities including student admissions, orientations, and events.
- Maintain and update student records and databases with high accuracy.
2. Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Liaise with other departments and external agencies to facilitate student management processes.
- Prepare and distribute departmental communications and announcements.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to student activities and performance.
- Ensure all departmental documents are correctly filed and easily accessible.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
4. Event Management:
- Coordinate logistics for student events and activities, including scheduling, venue booking, and resource allocation.
- Support the execution of student engagement initiatives and programs.
5. Financial Administration:
- Assist with budget preparation and expense management for departmental activities.
- Process invoices and track departmental expenditures.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
