Job Summary:

As an Admin Executive within the Student Management Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation and management of student activities and services. Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the Student Management Department.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of departmental activities including student admissions, orientations, and events.
  • Maintain and update student records and databases with high accuracy.

2. Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Liaise with other departments and external agencies to facilitate student management processes.
  • Prepare and distribute departmental communications and announcements.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to student activities and performance.
  • Ensure all departmental documents are correctly filed and easily accessible.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

4. Event Management:

  • Coordinate logistics for student events and activities, including scheduling, venue booking, and resource allocation.
  • Support the execution of student engagement initiatives and programs.

5. Financial Administration:

  • Assist with budget preparation and expense management for departmental activities.
  • Process invoices and track departmental expenditures.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
