  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve Company

objectives and drive revenue growth in Malaysia.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively

prospecting and engaging with potential clients.

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key

clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends,

opportunities, and challenges in the Malaysian market, providing insights to inform

strategic decisions.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, monitoring performance

metrics and KPIs, and providing insights to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 3 years of

experience in software sales or related industry.

  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian market, including industry trends, key players,and competitive landscape.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Results oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Technical knowledge in Telecom domain, IoT, Enterprise IT, Unified Communications is an Advantage.
