Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service cum Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role involves providing customer support for vending machine-related inquiries, assisting in sales operations, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service and sales support.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding vending machine issues via phone calls, messages, and emails.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in handling sales inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
  • Follow up with existing customers on sales updates and order status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service execution.

Training & Guidance:

  • Conduct video call training sessions to educate customers on vending machine operations and software usage.
  • Provide guidance on troubleshooting and best practices to maximize vending machine performance.

Issue Escalation & Reporting:

  • Log customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in English for effective communication with customers.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of vending machine operations or willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable with video calls and providing remote training.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
