Project Manager - Healthcare
Summary: The role entails managing bids and tenders, overseeing commercial transactions,
and nurturing client relationships. Key responsibilities include providing training and support,
managing the quoting and billing process, coordinating team communication among project
staff, and maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, this
position involves offering support to management and contributing to the growth of the
company.
Details:
1) Client and Project Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding
ongoing projects. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and
maintaining positive relationships, following SOPs
2) Quotations, Tenders & RFP completion on time. Negotiate contracts and deals with
manufactures and clients to promote maximum cost-savings in the sourcing and supply chain
management system. Devise and execute procurement strategies that benefit the business in the
best way, following check list and SOPs
3) Employee and Contract Staff Management: Oversee the administrative aspects of internal
staff and contract personnel. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
and contract staff, including international staff.
4) Stakeholder Collaboration: Interact with partners, suppliers, distributors, and service
providers to facilitate smooth collaboration & contract management.
5) Corporate Communications: Manage external communications to ensure a consistent and
positive corporate image.
6) Internal Communications: Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
7) Disseminate important information to employees and ensure a transparent flow of
communication.
8) Client and Marketing Support: Assist in acquiring potential clients and projects by
participating in proposal development and client presentations.
9) Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and engage potential marketing partners and
consultants.
10) Administrative Support: Supervise and provide support to the Admin Executive and
administrative team. Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the administrative functions.
11) Reporting: Provide updates to the Director of Operations on key performance indicators
and relevant metrics. Generate regular reports on project status, client interactions, and
administrative activities.
12) Regular Interaction & documentation: Foster collaboration and open communication with
internal team members.
Documents and related reports: Coordinate with various team member and execute tasks to
ensure a cohesive and integrated approach on the following documents and related reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
