  • Shop Setup and Maintenance — Liaison with food court owners, negotiate agreement, coordinate shop setup, equipment and fixtures purchasing, and ensure smooth operations
  • Procurement & Inventory Management – Order and track food supplies, equipment, and operational materials within budget.
