
Store Manager
1. Personnel Management
- Recruit, train, and onboard new employees.
- Manage work schedules, assign tasks, and optimize workforce efficiency.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
2. Merchandise Management
- Plan product procurement, maintain stock levels, and conduct inventory checks.
- Design and update merchandise displays to attract customers.
- Ensure product quality and handle customer complaints regarding merchandise.
3. Sales Management
- Set and track sales targets for the team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and membership programs.
- Maintain customer relationships and improve satisfaction through personalized services.
4. Store Operations
- Oversee daily store activities, facility maintenance, and hygiene standards.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring smooth operational efficiency.
- Implement safety protocols, conduct training, and develop emergency response plans.
5. Market & Brand Promotion
- Enhance brand awareness through promotional events and digital marketing.
- Maintain store image and branding consistency.
- Handle customer feedback and manage store reputation.
Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, preferably Mandarin.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: 6 days/week, 7-9 hours/day (including weekends & holidays).
- Salary: RM 3,500 - 4,500 base + performance-based bonuses.
