  • Provide excellent support to customers through all relevant communication channels.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in accordance with the company’s processes and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Stay updated on company procedures and processes.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management, within your role to support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
  • Proficient in Traditional Mandarin and Average English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to work 5 working days with 2 rotational off days
  • Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (fresh graduates or candidate without Customer Service experience are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
