Monitor and Report Performance:

  • Track campaign or social media performance using basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Compile reports and suggest improvements.

Support Event Planning (if applicable):

  • Assist in organizing promotional events, roadshows, or product launches.
  • Coordinate materials, vendors, or logistics when necessary.

Assist in Email Marketing:

  • Help create and send newsletters or promotional emails.
  • Maintain email databases and monitor open/click rates.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work with design, sales, or operations teams to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Attend internal meetings to support execution of ideas and plans.

Maintain Marketing Database:

  • Organize digital assets (photos, designs, campaign files, etc.).
  • Update customer or leads databases if needed.

Stay Up-to-Date with Trends:

  • Keep track of the latest marketing tools, trends, and social media best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Bahasa Malaysia, depending on region).
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, digital media, and market research.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc)
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Creative thinking, with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Key Skills:
