Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Digital SME in initiatives to drive channel strategies in line with growth plans.
- Leads and manage respective projects, develop business requirements that focuses on best-in-class customer experience.
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including group tech, design, marketing, and sales to prioritize and deliver product features that meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, their behaviors, and their needs.
- Define and track product metrics and key performance indicators to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design and group tech teams to create user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to guide product development.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product development decisions.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new product releases.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirement:
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, finance, economics, or related fields.
- At least 3 to 4 years of consumer/SME-facing product development and product management experience.
- Has analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Empathy for users to discover and resolve their pain points.
- Self-starter, fast leaner and highly adaptable to new environment.
- Digital Native, with a strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape, technologies, and paradigms.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
