Professional Experience
Proven experience in supporting complex systems, preferably within the property management domain, experience in IFCA system is a plus.
- Provide support for the IFCA Net, IFCA mall, Uipath, Talend, Abbyy Flexi-capture, I-residential and CSS system. SAP BPC planning and console is a plus
- Ensure that the system application's solution is in line with business objectives, facilitating end-to-end business transactions, process automation, reporting, and data analysis
- Maintain smooth operation of the system, ensuring acceptable levels of availability, integrity, performance, and resilience
- Deliver high-quality IT services to business users
- Optimize system functionalities to maximize economic value for the company
- Supports supervisor to establish, implement, monitor, maintain and improve the Divisional/BU/OU Property Sales, Finance, Cash Management, Property Development, Fixed Asset, Rental and Residential Management System
- Support and maintain the system for Property Business and ensure system stability
- Support supervisor in ensuring IT investments and IT Operation deliver value to Property Business
- Responsible to manage projects deliver on time, on budget and according to requirement
- Responsible to manage work tasks and transfer of knowledge for operation teams to the applications implemented
- Responsibility to estimate effort, budget and manage costs for Divisional Specific projects implementation initiatives
- Support supervisor to ensure the implemented system complies to Group Standard

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality IT services
- Continue to manage client relationships post-launch, including handling escalations from the support team
