- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences and competitive landscape to stay ahead of competitors;
- Support the development of strategies that promote business growth and enhance the company’s competitive advantage;
- Prepare and seek necessary approvals for proposed initiatives including incentive programs and marketing campaigns, and ensure their successful implementation;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing Representatives’ activities and other strategic initiatives, and make recommendations to enhance sales performance and revenue;
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing Business Partners and Marketing Representatives, and develop new relationships with potential alliances to expand the sales network and achieve sales targets;
- Assist in strengthen and continue to expand the current sales network, tap into different channel and source through different industries;
- Perform comprehensive portfolio risk analysis, including the development of key performance indicator (KPI) and trend assessment;
- Use available data from various systems to produce reports and analysis for Management's evaluation of company's performance and planning of new and existing strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics or equivalent;
- Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in business development, strategic planning, analytics or a related field. Experience in relationship manager role as well as supporting channel sales network will be an added advantage;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Matured personality with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people from all levels;
- Possess a high level of commitment, integrity and responsibility, and can be depended upon to complete assignments conscientiously and independently in a timely manner;
- High level of initiative with a good ability to perform under pressure & tight deadlines;
- Good command of English with a flair for report writing in English;
- Applicant must be a Malaysian Citizen & willing to work in KL (accessible by MRT, LRT & Monorail).
