Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Centre Executive, located in SplashMania, Gamuda Cove. The Call Centre Executive will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. They will assist customers with inquiries about our parks and attractions and maintain accurate call records and customer information. The role also includes collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers experience
- Effective Communication skills
- Sales skills and experience in handling sales inquiries
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the leisure and hospitality industry is a plus
- Diploma, degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are beneficial
