Strategic & Management

•Manage financial operations to deliver high quality customer services

•Monitor and ensure efficient & effective payment/receipting process

•Identify areas of improvement in financial operation for automation or simplification operations

•Manage and balance Unclaimed money reconciliation.

•Ensure effective and efficient administration of day-to-day financial operations in line with SOP

Compliance

•Ensure compliance with laws and regulation

•Ensure good corporate governance is practiced in finance operations

People Management

•Assemble and empower a high performing team to ensure critical finance operations are highly efficient

•Ensure effective succession plan in place for key positions

•Ensure regular communication of key imperatives/projects/deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and related
  • Fresh graduates or with up to 1 year of working experience

Functional knowledge/Technical skill:

  • Hardworking towards achieving the goals.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal and communication.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
