Job Responsibility
- Data Analysis & Reporting â Generate reports for automated analysis of contact center conversations.
- Strategic Solutions â Recommend business strategies using best practices and innovative methods.
- Performance Monitoring â Analyze & audit trainee performance, identifying trends and unusual patterns.
- Training Needs Assessment â Collaborate with Operations & QA to identify areas for improvement.
- Findings & Presentations â Deliver high-quality reports & visualizations aligned with project goals.
- Continuous Improvement â Conduct evaluations to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- Location: Must be willing to relocate to Thailand (Housing Allowance Provided).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Quality Analyst.
- Independence: Fast learner, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Preferred Background: Experience in Trust & Safety and Content Moderation is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandatory).
- Reporting: Skilled in project status reports & executive briefings.
- Communication: Strong presentation & public speaking abilities.
- Soft Skills: Critical thinking, decision-making, organizational & time management.
- People Management: Ability to lead & coordinate teams effectively.
