Purpose of the Role: This 3-month internship program is designed to provide interns with a comprehensive introduction to the processes involved in return stock management. The program focuses on hands-on learning in areas such as return processing, data analysis, inventory management, and process optimization. Interns will gain practical knowledge of the lifecycle of returned goods and contribute to improving operational efficiency
Expectations of the Role:
- Learn Return Stock Management Processes: Understand the core processes, from customer return requests to final stock handling.
- Hands-on Experience with Data & Reporting: Analyze return data to identify patterns and generate reports for actionable insights.
- Improve Return Handling Efficiency: Help streamline processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency in return management.
- Experience Inventory Systems: Use inventory management software - SAP to track and manage returned goods.

Must-Have:
- Professional bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or any related field
