Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat and email, occasionally with outbound calls.
- Obtain strong product knowledge in order to resolve customer’s queries effectively.
- Go the extra miles to understand customers' pain points and try to resolve in a timely manner.
- Maintain good relationships with our customers and ensure their business success by using our products.
- Manage and escalate bug reports and feature requests to the product team.
- Work closely with the product and development team in resolving customer’s technical issues.
- Basic accounting knowledge required (Diploma / degree or professional certificates in accounting or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or customer servicing role. (Fresh graduates with great potential are welcomed)
- Junior to mid-level positions available.
- Attentive and empathetic to customers' challenges and pain points.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language with another added language, either Chinese language or Malay language.
- Tech savvy & high attention to detail.
- Possess excellent self-motivation and self-discipline.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Having a “think big, start small” mindset (You’re ambitious yet patient).
- Having a growth mindset (You thrive on challenge and hungry for improvements).
- Attention to detail (You can spot pixel difference with naked eyes).
- Confident yet humble (Confident when you know stuffs).
