Role Description
This is a full-time Key Account Manager role located in Shah Alam, where you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and success.

- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
- Proven experience in Account Management
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage Key Accounts effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
