- Strategic Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with business teams to strategize and plan for current and future manpower requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to liaise with stakeholders, candidates, and business leaders.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with structured interview frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving recruitment tools and methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing diverse talent pools and pipelines.
- 1yr - 3yrs of experience is PREFERRED
