  1. End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for local and expatriate talent in the IT industry.
  • Leverage expertise to source, screen, and select the best-fit candidates.
  1. Specialized IT Recruitment Expertise:
  • Proficient in hiring for IT roles, including Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Quality Assurance professionals, and both niche and generic IT skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and articulate job requirements effectively for technical roles.
  1. Candidate Assessment & Interviews:
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and screen candidates via multiple modes, including phone, Zoom, Teams, and in-person meetings, utilizing structured and behavioral interview techniques.
  1. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage social media platforms, resume databases, professional groups, and hiring tools (e.g., Monster, Naukri, JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Facebook) for talent sourcing.
  1. Strategic Workforce Planning:
  • Collaborate with business teams to strategize and plan for current and future manpower requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  1. Communication & Coordination:
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to liaise with stakeholders, candidates, and business leaders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with structured interview frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving recruitment tools and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in managing diverse talent pools and pipelines.
  • 1yr - 3yrs of experience is PREFERRED
