Job Purpose & Overview:

To ensures the effective implementation of governance frameworks, integrity reinforcement programs, and compliance with anti-corruption standards, supporting the organisation’s commitment to transparency and accountability.

Key Accountabilities:

Governance & Policy Assessment

  • Conduct regular reviews of governance frameworks and policies to identify gaps and recommend improvements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the implementation of key governance initiatives such as Corruption Risk Management (CRM), Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP), and MS ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS).

Integrity Reinforcement Initiatives

  • Develop and implement integrity enhancement programs, including anti-corruption training, awareness campaigns, and communication strategies aimed at building an ethical culture across the organisation.
  • Coordinate and deliver integrity workshops, seminars, and conferences to different levels of the organisation, focusing on promoting ethical values and adherence to integrity-related policies.

Compliance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Ensure continuous monitoring of compliance with anti-corruption measures, governance frameworks, and integrity initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on compliance and governance activities, tracking the effectiveness of policies, with a focus on reducing corruption risks and enhancing transparency.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies and regulators, to support the development and communication of integrity and governance standards.
  • Coordinate regular updates and communication efforts, ensuring that employees are well-informed about integrity policies, governance standards, and anti-corruption efforts within the organisation.

Risk Management & Policy Enhancement

  • Lead the identification of governance and integrity risks, conducting thorough assessments to address potential issues related to criminal misconduct, conflicts of interest, and ethics violations.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to policies, structures, and procedures that minimise risks, ensuring robust governance and reinforcing the organisation's integrity framework.

Educational Qualification & Relevant Experience (skills & knowledge):

  • Propose and implement enhancements to policies, structures, and procedures that minimise risks, ensuring robust governance and reinforcing the organisation's integrity framework.
  • 10 – 12 years of experience in governance, compliance, risk management, or integrity-related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Willing to work at Damansara Heights.
