Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Overseeing Daily Operations:
- Managing and coordinating various operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Process Improvement:
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize processes and workflows.
- Resource Management:
- Managing resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to achieve operational goals.
- Quality Control:
- Ensuring that products and services meet quality standards and implementing quality control measures.
- Team Leadership:
- Leading and motivating teams to achieve operational objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Strategic Planning:
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to support the overall business goals.
- Budget Management:
- Managing and controlling operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance:
- Ensuring that all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Problem Solving:
- Identifying and resolving operational issues and challenges.
- Reporting:
- Preparing and presenting reports on operational performance and key metric
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly.
- 2 year experience in Business Management.
- Previously worked in Marine or Logistics Companies will be a benefit.
Salary:
RM3,000 to RM4,000 basing on experience
EPF, Sosco all covered
