Our Customer Success team is dedicated to supporting our users' needs and always working on expanding our market presence. We are looking for a motivated colleague to help us solve people's everyday travel problems. If you are a driven team player with a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Salary range RM3000-3300.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and handle customer inquiries
  • Build relationships with customers and ensure they are satisfied with the company’s products and services
  • Assisting customers with any issues or problems they have
  • Providing customer support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Expand our market presence
  • Provide feedback and contribute to improving internal processes
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Any other matters, as and when required, by the Company's management.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Organization skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries at once
  • Patience and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Tech-savvy
