The Manager of the CITO Office plays a key role in supporting the Head of CITO Office in the effective management and coordination of activities within the CITO Office. This role involves assist Head of CITO Office in overseeing contract management support, quality assurance process support, asset management support, monitoring and reporting assistance, and the coordination of key meetings within Group Technology (GT).
Responsibilities
- Managing strategic relationships with vendors and ensuring their compliance with contract terms.
- Manage the administration of GT-related contracts, including supporting negotiations, managing approvals, and ensuring the maintenance of service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee the lifecycle of technological assets, including hardware and software, ensuring effective asset tracking, renewals management, and obsolescence management.
- Maintain and support the development of asset management policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate the tracking and monitoring of high-priority initiatives, process improvements, and quality improvements within GT.
- Assist in the collection, organization, and reporting of data related to quality assurance standards and processes.
- Coordinate the preparation of materials, agendas, and minutes for key meetings and stakeholder reports, including operational performance, capital expenditure, and other key metrics.
- Support the tracking, monitoring, and reporting of financial aspects within GT, including budget preparation, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an established tertiary education provider.
Experience/Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a supervisory or coordination role, preferably within an IT function or the Financial Services industry
- Sound knowledge of overall IT processes and services
- Strong communication, analytical and report writing skill
