Job Description:
1. Policy Servicing:
- Manage all aspects of policy servicing for packaged group insurance clients, including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
- Process modifications to policy terms, coverage, and member information as requested.
- Ensure all policy documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Client Support and Communication:
- Act as the primary contact for packaged group insurance policyholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide clear and concise information on policy terms, billing, and coverage details.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure a smooth service experience.
3. Policy Administration and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain and update policy records in the insurance management system, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute policy documents, certificates, and other relevant materials to clients and brokers.
- Track and follow up on outstanding documentation, premium payments, and other policy-related requirements.
