Location: KL (reachable my MRT)

Working days/hours: Mon-Fri, 830am-530pm

Remunerations: RM3,000-RM3,200

Job Description:

1. Policy Servicing:

  • Manage all aspects of policy servicing for packaged group insurance clients, including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
  • Process modifications to policy terms, coverage, and member information as requested.
  • Ensure all policy documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Client Support and Communication:

  • Act as the primary contact for packaged group insurance policyholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide clear and concise information on policy terms, billing, and coverage details.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure a smooth service experience.

3. Policy Administration and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain and update policy records in the insurance management system, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and distribute policy documents, certificates, and other relevant materials to clients and brokers.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding documentation, premium payments, and other policy-related requirements.
