Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Experience in utilities or telecommunications is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to manage high-volume calls and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
