  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Inventory(Equipment, Parts, Service WIP, Project WIP)

  • To review and reconcile inventory accounts on monthly basis.
  • To ensure effective inventory management via review of inventory ageing and preparation of action plan for aged inventories.
  • To perform monthly inventory provision calculation and posting.
  • To perform and review monthly system inventory recalculation result.
  • To organize and manage annual stock count exercise, including liaising with external auditor and management.
  • To review and ensure accuracy of ERP system inventory account mapping to ensure accurate reporting.
  • To prepare monthly inventory reporting.

Operational

  • To support Business on operational finance matters.
  • To ensure proper internal controls and finance processes are in adherence to Group Finance policies and compliance to relevant laws and regulations.
  • To support Finance transformation initiatives on accounting policies and improvement to financial processes to increase efficiency and value add.

Others

  • To support other tasks as required by Management from time to time.

Job Requirement]

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in accounting and finance related roles
  • Knowledge on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and prevailing Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)
  • Knowledge in UBS
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  • Have a strong financial data analysis skill
