Salary : MYR 10,000 per month (max)

  1. Provide support in assessing and collating requirements for IT projects, budgeting, and resource planning.
  2. Perform analysis and report findings on impacted systems and dependencies while collaborating with Group Technology (GT) teams to implement IT projects.
  3. Review IT service requests (ITSR) and Project Initiation Forms (PIF) submitted by Business Entities (BE), consolidating High-Level Solutions (HLS) and High-Level Estimates (HLE) for prioritization.
  4. Coordinate project deliverables review processes and obtain necessary sign-offs, including Statements of Work (SoW), Technical Design Documents (TDD), Detailed Logical Designs (DLD), Application Architecture Diagrams (AAD), and Unit Test cases.
  5. Track, monitor, and report the status of IT initiatives, projects, incidents, and follow-up action items to support periodic IT service meetings with BE stakeholders.
  6. Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, financial and resource management, risk assessment, quality control, execution, deployment, and transition to post-deployment stabilization and Business-As-Usual (BAU) mode.
  7. Plan and propose resource and budget requirements based on project prioritization, scope, timeline, and dependencies, escalating constraints for necessary support.
  8. Collaborate cross-functionally within the unit and GT to manage project impacts, interfaces, and interdependencies, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
  9. Support IT incident and issue resolution, providing Level 2/3 assistance to the Application Support team for production systems during BAU.
  10. Oversee and execute various system tests, including System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), within the project timeline.
  11. Work with vendors for alignment, performance monitoring, and coordination of project deliverables and technical activities.
  12. Track procurement, delivery, and setup of new infrastructure and configuration of existing environments, such as data centers, networks, and backups.
  13. Prepare accurate and timely project status reports and operational insights as required by management, business stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.
  14. Actively contribute to improving operations, processes, and policies for the unit and GT.
  15. Ensure project compliance with established project management methodologies, processes, standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • ITIL Certification preferred.

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in IT management, projects, process improvement, change management, or business analysis within service-based organizations, vendors, or financial institutions.
  • Experience implementing multiple IT projects in dynamic and complex environments.
  • Familiarity with Financial/Transaction Reconciliation systems (optional).
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary and regional collaborative environments (optional).

Required Competencies and Skills:

  • Experience with Financial/Transaction Reconciliation systems (advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of IT Demand Management Practices and Principles.
