  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Salary- 3000RM/ Month

Contract- 6 months (Might be Renewed or extended)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation)
  • Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships
  • Adheres to Company policies and performance standards
  • Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA) ,Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives

Eligibility:

-Minimum 2 years working experience in handling claims end to end from insurance company or loss adjuster firm.

-Possess good General Insurance knowledge.

-Ability to understand, speak, read and write English is required.

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
