Responsibilities
- Handle daily documentation and correspondence, organize and archive company records using a filing system.
- Manage accounts, perform account reconciliation, issue invoices, update billing records, and assist in year-end audit processes.
Qualifications
Has an Accounting/Finance Background & Work Experience
- At least 3-5 years of full-time accounting experience; management experience is a plus.
Understands Accounting & Tax Regulations
- Strong accounting skills with a solid understanding of Malaysia’s tax system (SST, etc.)
Is Proficient in Accounting Software
- Familiar with accounting software (SQL/AutoCount, etc.) and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
Has Strong Communication & Leadership Skills
- Effectively coordinates with teams and departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Possesses Strong Logical & Analytical Abilities
- Able to accurately analyze and organize complex financial data.
Language Proficiency
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin is preferred to facilitate team coordination and business operations.
