Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.

• Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and assist in developing performance improvement plans.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

Qualifications:
