The Opportunity:
We are looking for a visionary and strategic Head of Marketing to drive our brand's presence, customer acquisition, and overall growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy that encompasses all aspects of our brand's communication and engagement with our target audience.

Responsibilities:
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing a holistic marketing strategy aligned with the overall business objectives, encompassing brand building, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Leading and managing all aspects of the marketing function, including:
o Brand Strategy & Positioning: Defining and evolving the brand identity, voice, and messaging across all touchpoints.
o Public Relations (PR) & Communications: Developing and executing PR strategies to build brand awareness, manage reputation, and secure media coverage. Overseeing internal and external communications.
o Partnerships & Collaborations: Identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and drive mutual value.
o Events & Experiential Marketing: Planning and executing engaging events, promotions, and experiential marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic, engagement, and brand loyalty.
o Digital Marketing: Overseeing all digital marketing channels, including:
o Social Media Marketing: Developing and implementing social media strategies to build community, drive engagement, and increase brand visibility.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of at least 10+ years of progressive marketing experience within the retail industry, with a strong emphasis on 360-degree marketing strategies.
• Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Strong understanding and experience in all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
• Experience managing and leading a marketing team (team size >20 pax)
