Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a marketing-related role.
  • Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Adaptable and enjoy working in past paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
