Job Responsibility

  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including issuing invoices and recording accounts receivable and payable.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Support the process of closing monthly and yearly accounts.
  • Handle HR processes, including attendance, overtime, leave management, and payroll processing.
  • Monitor and manage HRDC funding approvals, claims, and progress tracking.
  • Assist Heads of Departments (HODs) in completing yearly performance appraisals and developing stronger training programs.
  • Coordinate office administration tasks, such as managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Support HR functions by maintaining employee records and processing payroll.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance and administration team.

Job Requirements

  • BachelorĂ¢s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll software is an advantage.
