Qualifications:
- Proven Effective communication skills with field operations teams
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field operations management, preferably in mapping or geospatial projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in mapping software and tools, such as GIS, GPS, and remote sensing technologies.
