Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Centre Executive located in Cyberjaya. The Call Centre Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, handling customer service inquiries, communication with clients, managing contact centers, and supporting sales activities.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Contact Centers
- Sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
