Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, located in Petaling Jaya. The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Daily tasks include managing project costs, analyzing potential financial risks, preparing and monitoring BOQ, and ensuring projects stay within budget. Collaboration with the design and project management teams is also essential to ensure alignment on cost-related matters.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Experience with preparing and monitoring Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
- Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or similar is an advantage
- Previous experience in interior design and renovation projects is beneficial
