The Business Effectiveness plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administraive & human resource functions within the company. This position involves managing office operations, supporting HR activities, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business. Assist the manager-in-charge with other relevant tasks as necesary.
Responsibilities
Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized & efficient working environment.
- Manage office supplies & inventory, ensuring timely procurement & stock levels.
- Manage office equipment maintenance.
- Manage applications & renewal of licenses, insurance, membership, subscription, etc..
- Create, follow up and tabulate of client satisfaction survey.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process and internship program, including posting, screening resumes & scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding & offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires & departing employees.
- Maintain and update employee records & organization chart, ensuring data accuracy & confidentiality.
- Compile & check employee's project related allowances.
- Assist in performance management & KPI.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain & update records, files, & databases for easy retrieval & data accuracy.
- Prepare & manage reports, presentations, & other documents as required.
