- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee certification, ensuring up to date statuses.
- Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles on semiconductor processes, equipment handling, cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
- Continuous Improvement and Process Enhancement :
- Identify and implement improvements in employee qualification & certification processes based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance operational efficiency and improve overall experience and help build a culture of continuous learning growth.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, cleanroom operations and safety regulations are advantage.
- Minimum 1year experience in related field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome

- Experience in leading workshops, seminars, or programs internally.
- Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and passion for ensuring the success.
- Passion for learning and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability in performing ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
