  • Develop and publish relevant materials /resources to ensure stakeholders or operations fully understand and implement the framework effectively.
  • Compliance Monitoring & Quality Assurance :
  • Monitor and enforce, compliance with certification standards, ensuring employees meet required competency and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee certification, ensuring up to date statuses.
  • Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles on semiconductor processes, equipment handling, cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement and Process Enhancement :
  • Identify and implement improvements in employee qualification & certification processes based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance operational efficiency and improve overall experience and help build a culture of continuous learning growth.
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, cleanroom operations and safety regulations are advantage.
  • Minimum 1year experience in related field.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Experience in leading workshops, seminars, or programs internally.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and passion for ensuring the success.
  • Passion for learning and creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability in performing ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
