Position Overview:We are seeking a proficient Japanese-Speaking Recruiter to strengthen our recruitment team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in the talent acquisition process, focusing on identifying and onboarding exceptional talent across consulting, technology, and operations, with an emphasis on the Japanese-speaking market.
You'll collaborate with hiring managers to navigate the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing outstanding candidates and conducting interviews to extending offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your expertise in the Japanese labor market and bilingual proficiency will serve as the foundation for attracting top talent.
Core Responsibilities:- Comprehensive Recruitment Process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding for diverse roles.
- Strategic Talent Sourcing: Actively identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and industry events.
- Screening & Assessments: Evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural alignment during initial interviews.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and align on strategies.
- Offer & Onboarding Management: Extend offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding for a smooth candidate transition.
- Market Expertise: Leverage insights into the Japanese labor market to guide compensation strategies and hiring trends.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the organization at career fairs and events focused on Japanese-speaking professionals.
- Process Enhancement: Identify bottlenecks and optimize recruitment processes to boost efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
- Metrics & Analytics: Track and report KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate feedback.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in recruitment, ideally within consulting, technology, or operations.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Japanese (spoken and written) and English (business-level).
- Full-Cycle Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing all recruitment stages, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
