Job Description – ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT
Position Title: Accounts cum Admin Assistant
Reporting to: Finance & Admin Manager
Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Main Responsibilities / Skills
- Daily accounting duties including data entry and bookkeeping
- Daily upload attendance records into HR System and generate attendance records once a month
- Responsible for managing the accounts receivable and payable, payment processing and verifying staff expenses claims
- Maintain proper record of paperwork and filing
- Updating supplier invoices into accounting system
- Assist in posting new staff recruitment in staff recruitment ads portal as and when required
- Ensure all filing is done on a timely and accurate manner
- Manage office supplies including purchasing
- In-charge of office maintenance such as monitoring outsource cleaner to ensure the job is done and notify superior/operation manager when office infrastructure item needs to be repaired/replaced
- Any other duties assigned by the direct report manager
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- Meticulous and good working attitude
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of Accounting Software is a plus
- Responsible, organized and possess good interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking client
- Able to work in a team
- Malaysian Citizen / PR only
