
Training & Growth Specialist (Unified Commerce SaaS)

About You: You are a confident and engaging trainer passionate about education, communication, and growth. You thrive in internal and external training environments, helping merchants succeed while enabling external sales teams and partners to effectively promote our unified commerce solution.
You are articulate, presentable, and skilled in public speaking, comfortably representing EasyStore as a subject matter expert in Unified Commerce at industry events. You excel at translating complex concepts into engaging learning experiences, with at least two years of experience in training, sales enablement, or related roles.
About the Role: As a Training & Growth Specialist, you will drive merchant adoption and empower external sales teams and partners by designing and delivering impactful training programs. You will independently develop training materials, syllabuses, and deliver sessions through webinars, workshops, and events.
You will also serve as EasyStore’s ambassador, confidently presenting our vision, products, and success stories, contributing significantly to business growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Training (Merchant Onboarding & Nurturing)
- Design and execute onboarding and ongoing training for merchants.
- Create effective learning materials and resources for merchant success.
- Conduct webinars, workshops, and live training sessions.
External Training (Sales Enablement)
- Train external sales teams and partners (Train the Trainer programs).
- Develop structured training aligned with business objectives.
- Equip sales teams with comprehensive product and market knowledge.
Public Speaking & Representation
- Represent EasyStore as a Unified Commerce expert at industry events.
- Present confidently about EasyStore’s vision, offerings, and achievements.
- Maintain professional appearance to uphold brand image.
Content & Syllabus Development
- Independently design and refine training syllabuses and materials.
- Continuously update content based on product evolution and industry trends.
- Measure training effectiveness, iterating based on feedback.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in training or sales enablement.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and structured approach.
- Ability to independently develop and deliver structured training programs.
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or retail technology solutions preferred.
